Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
These terms explain how Simply Solver can be used, how subscriptions work, what stays yours, and the limits of the service today.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Simply Solver, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted Use
Simply Solver may be used for personal, educational, internal business, consulting, and commercial work in accordance with the plan you purchase or activate. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service subject to these Terms.
- Do not abuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the service.
- Do not use Simply Solver for unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or misuse the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the activity that occurs under your account. Use accurate account information and keep it current.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until canceled. If you cancel, access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing and plan features are described on the pricing page.
- Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise.
- Custom terms, custom contracts, and service-level commitments apply only if separately agreed in writing.
5. Customer Content
You retain rights to the projects, model definitions, notes, and other content you create in Simply Solver. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content in order to operate the service.
6. Support and Availability
We offer support through the channels described on our support page. Current response targets are operational goals, not a guaranteed service level, unless you have a separate written agreement with us.
7. Simulation Outputs and AI Features
Simply Solver is decision-support software. Simulation outputs, reports, and AI-assisted content can be useful, but they are not guaranteed to be complete, error-free, or appropriate for every use case.
- You remain responsible for reviewing results before using them in business, operational, safety, legal, or financial decisions.
- AI features are optional and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output.
- Do not use the service as the sole basis for high-risk or regulated decisions without independent review.
8. Intellectual Property
Simply Solver and its associated branding, software, and site materials remain our property or the property of our licensors, except for the customer content you create.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create security or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Solver will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
12. Governing Law
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state or jurisdiction where Simply Solver is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
